Pablo Segovia a Partner at BCG's Insurance practice, having worked with P&C, L&A and Retirement companies, as well as, Fnancial Services companies. Pablo focuses on the most relevant strategic topics for insurance carriers: growth strategy, digital transformation, cost transformation and operating model design. Pablo holds a Masters Degree In Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a Masters Degree in Engineering from the University of Malaga, Spain.

Guglielmo has spent the past 6 years with the FinTech Control Tower team at BCG, a unit focused on FinTech and InsurTech data and analytics, monitoring innovation and disruption in the Financial Services industry. His expertise lies in guiding Financial Institutions, such as banks, insurers, and regulators, through the constantly evolving landscape of innovation in the Financial Services industry, uncovering technology-enabled opportunities, and executing their FinTech/InsurTech agendas. His previous experiences include 2 years as a Business Intelligence Analyst at the UK-based peer-to-peer lending FinTech company RateSetter, and 1 year as an Analyst at the FinTech data & analytics firm AltFi.
